Quote & job information

When you request a quote or book a job, we keep the details you give us (name, contact details, address, job notes) to carry out the work and for our own certification records (Gas Safe and NICEIC jobs are legally required to be logged). We don't sell or share this with anyone outside the business.

Cookies we use

This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use it — which pages get looked at, roughly how people found us, and general device/location information (like "mobile, UK"). It doesn't identify you personally, and we don't run any advertising or retargeting scripts.

You choose whether this runs. On your first visit, a banner asks you to accept or decline. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set and no data is sent to Google. You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page.
